Chest pain is a dangerous thing, there are so many things that start coming in our mind when our chest starts paining, so we should not be panic as in the teen age we have the chest pain, due to the inflammation in the cartilage that is part of the ribs and we are not able to breathe proper and have pain to the ribs it is known as the Angina, normally it is not for the longer period, but it may stay longer, so you need to consult to the doctor, you can also use some of the home remedies to get rid of the chest pain.
Garlic is known to be a panecca for all, angina caused in the teenagers due to the inflammation to the chest area, garlic plays an important role in it, it has the anti inflammation properties. If you have angina then you should eat garlic daily to get the best results, along with you should drink lots of fluids (1).
Chest pain caused to the teenagers are due to the inflammation only, turmeric has many health benefits and it is used in most of the ayurvedic medicines. Turmeric has the curcumin in it, which is a good anti inflammatory agent and it reduces the inflammation of the chest area, recommended dosage is of 100 mg, thrice in a day (2).
Ginger has gives taste to the many recipes and without this we will have delicious dishes, but ginger has the benefits in medical science also, it has the amazing antioxidants properties, that boots the flow of the blood to all the vessels and helps in maintaining a good health of the heart and the ribs cage, so you should eat the ginger daily as will alleviate the pain of the chest (3).
4. Pomegrante Juice
Juices are always good for the body, pomegranate juice has the plenty of the polyphenols in it, which has the amazing benefits of the healing, drinking pomegranate juice will increase the flow of the blood to the chest and heart area, it removes the inflammation of the angina that causes the chest pain to the teenagers (4).
Vitamin E is good to alleviate the pain of the chest area. Almonds has many health benefits for the skin, hair and health. Almonds has a good antioxidants and rich in vitamin E, which gives strength to the chest and provide good amount of the oxygen and blood to the artery and sometime chest pain caused due to the damaged arteries also, almonds also helps in recovering the damaged artery (5).
6. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar can be a good remedy for the angina, as it is a mild sedative, all you need to make a cup of the hot tea of the chamomile, add 1 teaspoon of the apple cider vinegar to it, add honey to it to give it sweetness, now you need to sip the tea slowly, the warmness of the mixture will alleviate the chest pain, do this 2-3 times in a day, as it good for your health also (6).
7. Basil Leaves
Chest pain also causes due to the cough and the cold, so you should chew the basil leaves, as the basil leaves have the eugenol, thymol and camphor in it. You can also use it if you have a soar throat, you can also drink the juice of it (7).
