You should be very careful to prevent any damage to your brain. The injuries may be external or may be internal. For external injuries you should be cautious that you do not do anything that causes injuries to your brain. Internal damage occurs if blood pressure rises, so consult your doctor immediately if you fell that there is a rise in your blood pressure.
